I dabble in anything I can that is artistic & creative. I like to learn and although I know I can't master them all, I must play. Creating is more necessary than food most days for me.
I'm a life-long user of scraps. I enjoy finding pieces of nothing, those things to be thrown away and make them into something usable and/or beautiful. I have learned that old can be new and things can be altered. We move along picking up the broken parts in our lives, the pain, sadness and shattered dreams and altered them and hopefully make them into something usable. We can say we took the ugly and made it pretty, we 'tied it up in ribbons'.

I so hate it when people do not use plurals correctly. This was on one of my spelling tests a couple of weeks ago.
